When alone
the voices can be heard
the voices of the self
the wishes
the wants
the emotions
are held captive by none
no diatribe from another
no shackles of responsibilities stemming from duties
it's just you
who makes the decisions
who chooses the way
who goes the way
who feels just what you wish to feel
and act that way
it was liberating
to not have to accommodate
to have the whole space to call my own
to have the entire day hours minutes seconds to my self
I am wynnne,none by the same name
I am recognised
and addressed
and respected
for being
me.
