and the enforced expectations
have stolen the soul.
the soul which leads
guides
and speaks wonders;
the soul which lies at the very heart of it all.
what are these circumstances
that have kidnapped the joy
the true meaning of passion
of dreams so high and mighty.
it is still a dream,
my dream i hold
of giving joy in childhoods
of the little hands i hold.
let not the voices,
let not the unkindness
quell this flame in me.
let this flame rekindle
and burn like never before.
