Not only does it take time, it takes mental energy thinking about you.
And because the mind is made only to take one thought at a time, only things on top of the priority list get in.
It's always you.
How you jiggle my heartstrings,
How instantly I lose that control,
How at once my world transform with magic,
But how easily that magic loses itself in a *poof*
How quickly the pendulum swings
From one end of jubilation
To the other of despair.
The heart feels toyed
The heart feels lost
The heart,
There's only this much the heart can take.
For all you know,
Waiting kills that passion
Time calms the throbbing heart
Uncertainty dilutes hopes.
And told the heart i did,
that,
In another 2 weeks
It may just be time to give up
To pack up the heart
And move on to another part.
& Lazy afternoons ...
