i just finished a 20 episode long hk drama ;) after a very very long time of 'abstinence' from rented dramas x) all i can say is that i thoroughly enjoyed the drama; the plot, the acting, the richly filled relationships between the characters and the individual personalities and how they interact, esp that between cheunghoyi and joema ;) LOVES. the ending came as a shocking surprise though, it alws does when two characters in love do not come together and have to sacrifice love as a pi bu de yi choice. i re-played the ending several times to try to understand and appreciate the tough decision the female protagonist had to make, that is to give up the love of her life for a position as a COE in a global company. The ending did not state the 'moral' behind the story directly, and that makes things all the more interesting. It gives the viewers freedom to interpret, and appreciate ;) i love dramas like this one, it has been a long long time !!! i shall rewatch again as im wld like to re-feel the lil details in the plot and appreciate it more deeply ;)
