i'm feeling very annoyed and exasperated ( a lower degree) right now about how snail-lish some organisations are. By that I mean how disorganised and slow they work - in processing applications, in sending back replies, in handling general matters, in providing services etc. I may sound a little harsh right now, but I feel like i'm at the brunt of their inefficiences.

Ahhhhhhh.... please don't let me wait anymore!
