im feeling a tremendous amount of stress now and i think my cortisol level has hit an all time high. According to the Lazarus's stress model, i should most probably be failing in the stage of secondary appraisal. I just do not have enough resources to cope .

i need to study harder and acquire higher knowledge. knowing more will mean having more control over my life.

i hate it when i feel helpless.
