well. suddenly i've so much questions and thoughts (countless) about l.i.f.e.
It's really ironic , or perhaps, confusing some things can be. Like how someone can be so happy and at the same time, somebody can be feeling so sad. Just when you thought that everything is so perfect and well, one friend of yours is at her lowest point. You just can't help but wonder, why does life work like this? I really want to share my new found joy, but how? I guess it's not for us to judge if being borned into a dysfunctional family entitles you to be more negative about stuff. But then, it seems that for some who have to be faced with family chaos almost their whole life, it's really hard to not be dragged down by the depressing state of things. Perhaps it's unfair, or maybe, life's never really fair.
'This thought just hit me as well. Are we all choosing the pace of life we want to lead now? Like what activities you are engaging in and how you inject life into your life. For example, this squash person plays squash 3 times a week after school. And in contrast, this person with no squash commitments is free to do whateva she wants during those time. Hence my qns is this, is that an unfairness to the squash person since she/he has to train that hard? To be honest, i've always thought that sports ppl are really pitiful to have to train so hard and give up their leisure time for that. But then really, isn't playing that very sport their leisure? Isn't the sport what they have chosen to fill up the spaces after school? So while ppl with no such commitments are shopping or given the freedom of choice to try out other activities, the sports ppl are playing something as well. Hence, isn't it all fair and square? So we can't say that sports ppl are more "privileged"and underpriveleged in a way? Hmph... Today i find time to actually go down to ymca to do extra volunteer work and have two more days from here to complete my week's tutorial. I even arranged my extra activites on my weekends and i'm v happy about that. But then upon realizin that some ppl r burnin their necks just to finish tutorials as they suffer from cca-overload, is it fair to them that they have no choice but to spend time like this?
i don't know!
that's why i never like accepting heavy commitments.
I prefer having the freedom of time.
